About Me
My name is Asia. I was born and raised on the island of Hawaii, and now I reside in Alexandria, VA.
Throughout my life, I have felt called to serve women in many different seasons of their lives. This calling has brought me to supporting women through their childbearing years.
I am continuing my education to become a midwife so that I can serve women with more hands-on, personal skills. In the meantime, I have the knowledge and experience to serve as your doula. I walk alongside each woman, newborn, and family, providing excellent hands-on care tailored to each family's individual needs.
I intertwine My love for birth and My love for fitness, offering a tailored experience for expecting mothers & mothers in the postpartum season or beyond. Passionate and certified in prenatal and postpartum training, I approach women as a whole with a holistic approach.
I firmly believe that every woman and family deserves support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. When women are supported and uplifted, it shifts the atmosphere around us and creates a ripple effect in our community. This is what I would like to do for you.

Having a doula by your side during birth can lead to a smoother, more empowering experience. I will be there to guide your husband so he support and nurture you to be apart of it all as well, overall this experience is for the both of you to remember.
I am with you every step of the way, holding space and advocating on your behalf. Studies show that doulas help reduce the need for interventions like epidurals and C-sections, while also shortening labor. Beyond the physical benefits, i offer constant emotional support, comfort techniques such as counter pressure, hip squeezes, and help you feel calm, confident, and in control. When necessary we can work through different spinning baby techniques, or body positioning changes. With a doula, you’re never alone—you have a caring guide who supports your choices and helps create a more positive, peaceful birth.
Those first weeks after birth can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. As your postpartum doula, I’m here to support you. Whether it’s holding space for your emotions, helping you rest and recover, cooking yummy meals or guiding you through newborn care, my role is to nurture you as you nurture your baby. Families who have this kind of support often feel more confident, experience less stress, and are less likely to face postpartum depression.
